Clint
Verran Running (CVR) started out as a small Physical Therapy clinic,
owned and operated by Clint Verran. Clint is a Physical Therapist
as well as a professional marathon runner. The main idea was to create
a place where runners with injuries could come and receive quality
running-specific Physical Therapy, administered from a fellow runner.
Our motto has always been, “Your Running is Important to Us.”
Our original clinic was (and still is) located in the rear of Hansons
Running Shop’s Utica, Michigan location.
It has always been Clint’s belief that certain problems caused
by abnormalities of the foot are best treated by a combination of
orthotic correction and physical therapy. Clint has developed a unique,
lightweight orthotic foot-bed that perfectly fits the needs of runners
and athletes involved in running sports. The custom made foot beds
are quick, economical, and most importantly, effective treatment for
many common foot abnormalities.
It was after repeated requests from his Physical Therapy “success
story” clients for guidance beyond injury rehab, that Clint
decided to offer personal coaching. Along with coaching partner, Jackie
Rzepecki, CVR now offers two unique coaching programs for runners
of all abilities. Team CVR has become a huge success. Boston qualifiers,
personal bests, and achievement of goals have become the hallmark
of this exciting training experience.
