RonRamautRon is still setting personal best at 54 yrs old! Ron, who is one ofthe original RunGuru Team members, recently set a personal best by 1min and 52 seconds this weekend at the Detroit 5k Zoo Run, posting atime of 22:22. He just keeps chugging along with a mix of experience,smart training and hard work. Ron will be focusing on the marathon inPhoenix this winter where he hopes to.....
